You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to evaluate our products. If you're not satisfied with the results, the feel, or the fit for your routine, initiate a return for a full refund of your product purchase. We're confident in our formulations because they're clinically tested and dermatologist-recommended—but we also know skincare is personal, and not every formula works for every man's skin.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us within 30 days. Email returns@stagandslate.com with your order number and a brief note about why you're returning the product. We read every message and may ask follow-up questions to help you get better results before processing a return.
2. Receive your return label. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label via email. No need to pay for return shipping—we cover it.
3. Ship the product back. Use the label to return your item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Drop it at any carrier location.
4. Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What We Need for a Smooth Return

• Products in their original packaging or condition
• Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
• A brief explanation of why the product didn't work for you—this helps us improve

We inspect returned items to ensure they're safe to restock. If a product has been used or damaged beyond normal wear, we may not be able to process a refund, but we'll contact you first to discuss.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders within 1 business day via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery takes 2–3 days in the continental US. You'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund right away—no return necessary.
